At Backroads Boy Co., we know you want your apparel fast--and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and hoildays). Once your orderis packed and ready, it will be shipped from Elkton, Kentucky.

During new drops or high-volume periods, processing times may slightly be extended--but we will always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Shipping Times

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

-Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

-Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Backroads Boy Co. is NOT responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Backroads Boy Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
